Mike Blue, the talented singer-songwriter and musician from the North West of England, has been making waves in the music scene over the past year. Combining late ’70s folk music with alternative rock, blues and jazz influences, his unique sound has captivated audiences and earned him a dedicated following.
In his EP ‘Of The Fragile Mind,’ Mike delves into themes of isolation, desire, and resilience. It was recorded at The Motor Museum Recording Studios in Liverpool and showcases his latest single ‘Saphire‘, plus other tracks with alternative guitar tunings reminiscent of John Martyn and Nick Drake. With his band’s creative touch, the songs evolved into full-band arrangements, seamlessly blending various musical genres.
