Ireland-born, London-based James Hall has had a seriously busy first year as a solo artist. After years playing in bands, he’s spent 2026 opening for St. Lundi across Europe, picking up support from RTÉ Radio 1, and selling out headline shows in both Dublin and London.
His latest release, ‘Father’s Smile’, is a warm, nostalgic ode to home and family, inspired by late nights drinking and singing with his brothers before ending up back at the family home for tea. It’s a deeply personal track that captures the chaos, humour and affection of growing up Irish.
