Artist Of The Week: Alex Francis

Our artist of the week is the fantastic Alex Francis! Alex Francis has toured alongside the likes of Stereophonics, James Bay, Alanis Morrisette and Sting, and has performed an official duet with Melanie C. Steadily establishing himself as an emerging artist in the UK, Europe and beyond, Alex’s music breaks the boundaries between contemporary pop and classic soul. He has been championed by BBC Radio 2 and BBC Introducing, as well as being featured on national European FM radio. It’s a musical mix with a husky Jack Savoretti-esque vocal gliding on through. Raised in the cosy-but-vibrant north Hertfordshire town of Hitchin, Alex spent many of his formative years digesting a rich cocktail of dynamic, soulful music in his family home, spanning everything from Martha Reeves to Bruce Springsteen.
