Our Artist of The Week is Selkie.  

Selkie, a Scottish musician and producer crafting voice-led ambient pop and electronic folk that feels both intimate and expansive. 

Her featured track ‘Gold’ perfectly captures this delicate balance, blending haunting melodies with an understated sense of warmth and openness.

Inspired by nature, ritual and the restorative power of sound, Selkie’s work has earned support from BBC Introducing Scotland and BBC Radio Scotland, as well as praise from The Skinny, Earmilk and The Slow Music Movement. 

Following recent tours in Japan and Mexico, Selkie is now preparing to release her debut EP In Waves, arriving on August 28, 2026.
