Pretend Poets

Four piece pop band Pretend Poets are a funky powerhouse of alternative rap and catchy melodies. Formed by 3 old college and school buddies for a bit of fun, soon the foursome realized the hooking energy they produced. Original named Bring Back the Mammoth – they began by writing soft surf acoustic tracks influenced by they’re varied eclectic music interests. Through the unusual fusion of blues, funk and r’n’b Pretend Poets was born!
