Kill For Eden
Kill For Eden are a London-based hard rock band formed by guitarist Dave Garfield and vocalist Lyla D’Souza in 2009. Lyla is a rock/soul singer songwriter who has performed in the UK, Europe and Australia.
Building from classic foundations in the form of Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin, Kill For Eden take their influences from the The Cult’s solid riffs, Blondie’s instant melody and Garbage‘s contemporary mix of pop hooks and rebel attitude. The band have been gigging around England and released their self-titled debut album in May 2013 which achieved airplay on XFM and Bloodstock radio in the UK, Scandanavian and Spanish national radio stations and regional radio across the UK and Germany. The band released an EP in November 2013 to much critical acclaim that featured the album track ‘Living On Mars’ and two previously unreleased songs, ‘The Dome’ & ‘Shoot Me’.
