Our Artist Of The Week is Sara Rae!
Hailing from Glasgow, actor/musician Sara Rae was the front woman and songwriter in Sara ’N’ Junbug. Now operating as a solo artist, Rae has already supported artists such as Rachel Sermanni, Ben Abraham, and recently performed at the Country to Country festival at The Ovo Hydro in Glasgow, all of which have helped to kick start her solo career!

This first solo release is a beautifully written, soft, romantic song. On her debut release, Rae said: “’October‘ is the first song that I have written about my fiancé Catriohna, we met each other in October and found each other when we were both experiencing tough times. Even on our first date we just fitted like awkward jigsaw pieces. Almost 4 years later and we are in the same place. She is home to me, so wherever she goes I will be there.”
